Great location, close to all the attractions of Funchal. Large rooftop balcony, great for breakfast and a relaxing drink in the evening. Everything inside was well maintained, very clean and comfortable. Good communication with the property management.

Top floor location with three sets of stairs, which would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Location: Not far from the city center. Good baby equipment (we asked for a baby bed)

Cleanliness far from perfect. On arrival our socks were black - the floor was really poorly cleaned. The windows are poorly insulated - you can hear all the noise from outside. We thought we had booked the apartment with the balcony and the view - we ended up in the very small apartment with no exterior. At the start we asked if late departure was possible (because our baby was sick) and the answer was no without any consideration. In this case, do not offer this service on booking.
